Before beginning this form, please make sure you have available to upload in .pdf the following:

• Official grade transcript through December 31, 2023.
• Maximum two-page typewritten essay addressing steps your local School Board should take to promote student achievement.
• Three letters of recommendation as follows: 1. Your choice of any person not related to you; 2. A non-relative member of your community who is familiar with your character and community service achievements; 3. A teacher you have had for a high school academic course.
• Any other statement or information you desire to present relative to your application. Please label this as “Supplemental Information” and restrict it to one typewritten page. For example, if family or other circumstances required you to work rather than participate in community service; or, if an illness caused you to miss a great deal of school one semester and that is reflected in the grades you received; etc.

The online application is available from February 12, 2024 – April 19, 2024.
