Right to Know Pt. II: Meetings, Non-Meetings, & Non-Public Sessions

This webinar will focus on the provisions of the Right to Know law pertaining to meetings and so-called “non-meetings” under RSA 91-A:2, and non-public sessions under 91-A:3. We will provide information regarding the procedural requirements and appropriate/permitted topics for each, and some suggested practices related to non-public minutes.
