Right to Know Pt. II: Meetings, Non-Meetings, & Non-Public Sessions

Part 2 of this two-part series will focus on the provisions of the Right to Know law pertaining to meetings, so-called “non-meetings” under RSA 91-A:2, non-public sessions under 91-A, and the statute’s provisions for remote participation. We will provide information regarding the procedural requirements and appropriate/permitted topics for each, and some suggested practices related to non-public minutes.
