Addressing Food Access in New Hampshire School and Communities

As we head into the new year, many school districts across New Hampshire continue to explore and seek out ways in which they can increase food security, fund meals for students, and increase supports available for communities in an attempt to end food insecurity, improve equitable access to nutritious food, and address hunger’s root causes for all New Hampshire residents. This webinar, hosted by NHSBA in partnership with NH Hunger Solutions, will review the school board’s role in addressing nutrition access, provide an overview of current programs available to districts to assist in funding school meals, as well as address potential policies which could assist in meeting these goals.
