SUMMARY:Right to Know Pt. II: Meetings\, Non-Meetings\, & Non-Public Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Part 2 of this two-part series will focus on the provisions of the Right to Know law pertaining to meetings\, so-called “non-meetings” under RSA 91-A:2\, non-public sessions under 91-A\, and the statute’s provisions for remote participation. We will provide information regarding the procedural requirements and appropriate/permitted topics for each\, and some suggested practices related to non-public minutes.
