NHSBA President Susan Allen provides written testimony on drop-out legislation

Summary:
Concord - Today, NHSBA President Susan Allen presented written testimony to the Senate Education Committee on Senate Bill 268, a Bill calling for various options to address the drop out rate in New Hampshire. The centerpiece of the Bill is to increase the current drop out age from 16 to 18. President Allen's testimony strongly supported the policy underlying the Bill, and emphasized the several existing programs that are already in place to address the practical ramifications of increasing the drop out age to 18.
